1) What is the Pulsar Portal about?
The Pulsar Portal is a dedicated interface that was created by drcom exclusively for our supportive partners which will allow them to view current & past project-related documents, participate in the rewards program for future project discounts as well as to empower you with value-added content to enhance their HCP & Patient engagements.

4) I'm unable to login
You’ll have to use your work email and password which was assigned to you. After logging in, you’ll need to gain access via a confirmation which will be sent to your work email. This is an added security measure to restrict unauthorized access.
5) How do I change my password?
Send us an email at info@drcomgroup.com with the subject title: “Portal password reset”.
For security reasons, we will need to manually reset your password and the new password will be sent to your work email within 2 business days.
